General delivery information
Delivery times are from the date of dispatch from our headquarters in Perth. Orders are usually dispatched the next business day after they have been placed on the website. In the odd occasion there might be unexpected delays sometimes due to holidays or an item being on back order, this is usually only a short delay and we will endeavour to have your order to you as quick as we can. We will contact you if there is a delay of more than 2weeks or if we are unable to supply the specific item you have ordered.
Australian standard delivery
Australia Post will deliver your parcel within about 7-10 business days. Delivery within Perth Metro area is generally shorter: approx. 2 - 3 business days. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days from shipment, please contact your local Post Office to make sure it's not waiting there for collection. If the parcel is not at the Post Office, contact our Customer Service Team via e-mail with your order number and we can chase it up with Australia Post. Australian express delivery
Express Post is a premium delivery service that offers FAST delivery of your parcel usually within 1 - 3 days within the Express Post network. (more info on Australia Post Website ) The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Take a look at http://auspost.com.au/business/express-post-delivery-network to see if your postcode is included within the Express Post Network. International Shipping
At this point in time we are unable to ship any international orders however we hope to soon change this.

How can I request a return and an exchange?
We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days if you are not 100% Satisfied or if the goods are faulty so long as they are returned in the same condition that you received them and in there original packaging, Please note that there is no refund on shipping cost and you will need to pay the shipping cost back to us for returning or exchanging items. As underwear and swimwear are an intimate item we don’t offer refunds or exchanges on these items. ITEMS ON SALE are NOT refundable or exchangeable if you have simply changed your mind. To arrange a return or exchange please contact: info@gear4men.com.au As soon as your exchange has been processed by us, we will send you an email letting you know that your replacement order on its way. *When trying on items, please keep items clean and unstained of any kind; ensure that you are not wearing perfume/ aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We may be unable to accept the return of any item that has been scented, stained or washed. The item must be returned in its original packaging for protection with a copy of the original invoice.
